Study Abroad in Stellenbosch: Program Fees

AIFS All-Inclusive Program Fee: $6,495

Fees include:
  • Tuition—up to 6 semester credits (subject to course selection)
  • Housing—double rooms in University residence halls
  • Meals—daily breakfast in the residence hall
  • Cultural activities such as vineyard tours, sports events, hiking and a visit to the township of Kayamandi
  • Excursions
    • 6-day tour of the Garden Route with bed, breakfast and dinner
      plus, depending on course selection, visits to:
    • Cape Town
    • Robben Island
    • 3-day Swellendam Mountains tour
    • Cape of Good Hope
  • Comprehensive insurance and assistance package
  • Services of a pre-departure Student Advisory Center and an on-site Resident Director
  • Pre-departure handbook

Please note fee does not include the non-refundable $95 application fee and $250 refundable damage deposit. Students choosing the standard option are responsible for making their way to and from campus by the scheduled program dates.

AIFS Program with Optional AIFS Flight Package

For your convenience, AIFS will arrange your round-trip airfare (including all fuel surcharges, taxes and fees), meet you at the arrival airport(s) and provide transportation to and from the program site on scheduled arrival and departure dates. Prices for this option include:
