Please note that Fulbright award recipients will be notified in May. In order to ensure your ability to attend the Shakespeare's Globe program in the case that you are not a Fulbright award recipient, we recommend that Fulbright applicants also submit a program application through AIFS. Billing will be adjusted for award recipients.

Commenting on the Summer Institute, Michael Scott-Kline, Director of the Fulbright Program, said:
“We’re delighted that more American students will have the opportunity to experience life in our exciting capital city. The American Institute for Foreign Study Summer Institute at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre will offer everything that we would hope for in a Fulbright exchange: a stimulating academic component, a rich and immersive cultural experience and an enthusiastic host. The Institute will play a key role in deepening the relationship between our two countries and add something new and exciting to our 63-year-old institution.”
