Fall and Spring Deadlines

Academic year, fall quarter/semester application deadlines

Applications and a non-refundable $95 application fee must be received by:
Applications accepted on a space-available basis
 Cannes, Florence, Granada, Grenoble, Hyderabad, Limerick, London, Paris, Prague, Rome, Salamanca, Salzburg, San Jose, St. Petersburg, Stellenbosch, Sydney, and Wellington
   
A non-refundable confirmation deposit of $750 is payable upon acceptance in order to reserve a space. For programs with spaces remaining, the deposit must be received no later than:
April 28
 Hyderabad, Stellenbosch, Sydney and Wellington
May 15
 Florence, Prague, Rome, and Salzburg
May 29
 Cannes, Granada, Grenoble, Limerick, London, Paris, Salamanca, San José and St. Petersburg
   
Balance of program fees must be received by:
June 1
 Hyderabad, Stellenbosch, Sydney and Wellington
July 1
 Florence, Prague, Rome, and Salzburg
July 15
 Cannes, Granada, Grenoble, Limerick, London, Paris, Salamanca, San José and St. Petersburg
Due to airline and accommodation cancellation penalties, AIFS cannot reserve space for a student until their confirmation deposit has been paid. Students are urged to apply and deposit early.

Spring semester deadlines
